Here Are "The 7 Cold, Hard Facts About Why Insurance Agents Don't Make The Money They Deserve!"

Here are the cold, hard facts:
FACT #1: Being good does NOT equal being paid. I have tremendous respect for professional education like CIC and CPCU. (A majority of our members exceed the industry average in professional designations and other forms of technical education.) BUT...technical skill is NOT the same as the marketing and business savvy that turns your insurance business into the "money machine" that reliably puts big money in your pocket.

FACT #2: Unless you have a "conveyor belt" of hot prospects contacting YOU, you will get stuck at your own "Plateau of Progress." You may be "stuck" already. Or maybe it's around the corner. But, unless you have a reliable marketing SYSTEM that puts pre-qualified, pre-motivated prospects in your funnel...in the lucrative target market of your choice...your income will level off. (I want to show you how my clients have smashed this artificial "plateau" over and over again.)

FACT #3: Most agents spend 80% of their time doing the WRONG things. Brand new Quantum Club Members are required to "audit" their time for one week...and precisely analyze it according to three specific criteria. On average (and some are worse!), they find they are spending the great majority of their time on low leverage, low income activities...putting fires out, piddly little day-to-day administrative activities, the "crisis du jour" and other nonsense that either 1) can be completely PREVENTED by implementing effective business SYSTEMS or 2) can be delegated using a reliable process of staff delegation. FACT #4: Most agents work too hard. In fact, they work too hard to make any real money. Too many hours. Too many days. (In fact, many agents are still "mentally working" when they're not at the office at all!) All this leads to burnout, exhaustion and fatigue...or that nagging feeling that insurance just isn't enough FUN anymore. Sure, selling "one at a time" and managing a business WITHOUT the systems in place to manage it for you is hard, "mentally back-breaking" manual labor. It's time to move on to more effective marketing and business management systems - systems that do more of the work for you. FACT #7: Most agents are leaving TONS of money on the table right now...from their existing book of business. That's right. If you want the easy money - fast - you can probably slide your hand into your existing book and pull out tens or hundreds of thousands in the next 90 days. Most agents completely lack a SYSTEM to ethically "suck" maximum money per client...with reliable processes to "upsell" every legitimate policy, "lock in" clients forever (and lock OUT competitors forever) and to generate high-quality, easy-to-close referrals. Too bad...when it's such easy money to get.
